RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We Hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange determined at the discretion of Frog Paw Forge and Fabrication, LLC. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at johnny@frogpawforge.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, upon approval, your return or exchange will be processed. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note: Any returns/refunds requested from a result of mistreatment (as determined by Frog Paw Forge and Fabrication, LLC) of the product will be denied.
