I commissioned a paring knife and a cleaver from my Frog Paw Forge friends and they came on time and they were beautiful. I use them almost daily from chopping up vegetables for the birds and myself in the kitchen and the paring knife I use absolutely everyday. I've owned them now for half a year or so and they have held their edge, I have not needed to sharpen them. I use a leather strop every time I use them. I can't say enough for Frog Paw. I give them five stars and will definitely be commissioning more as time goes by and till I have a complete set.

Having a hard time finding anything I don't like about these knives. Beautiful patterns and zero delaminations, also they are absolutely the sharpest knives I've owned. The handle craftsmanship is one of the coolest styles I have seen and is quite different but well balanced and comfortable. The sheaths for these knives are also wildly crafty, perfect fit and are absolutely unique and the cherry on top of a very well made pair of knives!
